Exceptional talent in an exceptional setting

The Big Beach Weekender
from the producers of The Woodland Sessions

Saturday 13th July

Andy C is recognised as one of the most significant British artists in global dance music, driven by a phenomenal work ethic and the kind of travel schedule that makes rock bands look like part-timers, as he tours the globe on a constant basis.

His 30 year career has quite simply been nothing short of a phenomenon. An underground icon, he has sold out Wembley Arena in just a few days, and collected over 40 awards, with accolades including DJ Mag's Best British DJ.

He has played to 85,000 people at Glastonbury, and has remixed pretty much everyone including The Prodigy, Plan B, Major Lazer, Eric Prydz, London Grammar and even Tom Walker.

An Andy C set is a wholly unique and unmissable experience - especially on a beach!

Andy C will be supported by Lens, one of Drum & Bass’s hottest new talents. Nothing is off limits when Lens is on deck. Her reputation for wild double drops and imaginative, eclectic selections proves beyond all doubt that her status is well-deserved.

Signed to Hospital records, the scene's biggest label, Lens cut her teeth supporting some of the scenes biggest names as well as gradually transmitting her energy and enthusiasm to the airwaves. She was soon scooped up to become the voice of Hospital Records’ Rinse FM show in 2019, and quickly became a regular name at the world-famous Hospitality events.

Going from strength to strength in the studio, Lens is building up her release repertoire and working with some of the most exciting names in the scene such as Pola & Bryson, Unglued, Whiney, Goddard and many more.

Her relentless DJ schedule sees Lens delivering her explosive sets from clubs to festivals across the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Mancunian MC Tonn Piper has been blazing a path through the drum n bass scene for many years. He is renowned for his versatile and unique ability to adapt to many different music genres. Backing it up with his huge high energy stage presence Tonn Piper elevates any audience that lies before him.

As an influential figure on the scene Tonn has many of the UK’s top Drum and Bass events, clubs and Dj’s requesting his services.

Not an artist to be pigeonholed his diverse approach allows him to push the boundaries even further as he’s developed into an outstanding front man for several bands. The most famous of those being Manchester’s Black Grape led by Happy Mondays legendary front man Shaun Ryder.

Dynamite MC, aka Dominic Smith, is one of the biggest names in the global MC world.

Initially gaining prominence in the Jungle and Drum & Bass arenas, Dynamite has also released an enviable spectrum of hip-hop, breaks, garage and reggae material. Over the years, he’s collaborated with a galaxy of world-class artists, including Krafty Kuts, Chali 2na, The Nextmen, Document One, DJ Skitz, Switch, Elephant Man, Gardna, Andy C, DJ Zinc, Friction, Camo & Krooked, Tiesto, DRS and more.

Their debut album, New Forms, won the Mercury Music Prize in 1997, and Dynamite’s role was enhanced for Reprazent’s second album, the hip-hop influenced In The Mode (2000)..
