Terms & Conditions
 

By buying a ticket and attending the event you are consenting to the following terms and conditions;
 

• Entry to the Comedy night is 14+ although anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.  Suitable ID may be requested 
  and right of admission reserved if we are not satisfied. 
   

• Entry to the 90's party and the Dance evenings are strictly 18+. Suitable ID may be requested and right of admission reserved if we are not satisfied. 
   

• By attending you are consenting for yourselves and any members of your party to appear in any photos and videos we use in future promotions.
   

• It is your responsibility to check your tickets - if you have made a mistake we will endeavour to rectify this for you, but cannot guarantee it.
   

• Ticket prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes but exclusive of any booking fee or delivery fee.
   

•  Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the Event is cancelled or postponed at the will of the Event Promoter in its full entirety. In this very unlikely scenario, the refund will not include any booking fee or delivery charges. Refunds shall only be made to the person who purchased the tickets and upon receipt of complete unused original tickets, if received, promptly, within 30 days from the date of the Event or its cancellation or postponement, whichever comes first. If you require a refund, you must follow the process provided at the time of cancellation and apply within the given time frame. Requests outside of the given dates cannot be processed. You are not entitled to a refund if the event is still running and you decide not to go, are unable to go due to illness, or realise that you can’t get there anymore.
   

• You may not resell or advertise tickets for sale for profit through any medium not authorised by the Promoter, through online auctions or other websites, including the Event Promoter’s own social media channels. Reselling tickets for profit or commercial gain will render them void.
   

•  The Promoter will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed prior to the event. We regret we cannot issue duplicate tickets where there is potential for both the original and duplicate tickets being used, owing to strict regulations surrounding the licensed capacity of the event.
   

• The events are protected by cancellation insurance which covers adverse weather cancellation. Should we be unable to run due to health & safety concerns caused by adverse weather then we will refund all tickets affected by the cancellation. 
   

• We will not tolerate physical or verbal abuse to our customers or staff, if you affect other customers’ enjoyment of the event you will be removed from the event and no refund will be given.
   

• The line up is subject to change and no refunds will be given should any element of the overall line up change, unless we are unable to replace those acts with a suitable act of a similar level. 
   

• We reserve the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder, if they are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or a safety risk to the audience.
   

• Strictly no illegal substances or ‘Legal Highs’ will be permitted into the site, possession of either may lead to your ejection from our event 
   

• No offensive items, weapons, knives, petrol or substances hazardous to health will be permitted (if found with these, you will be asked to leave the site).
   

• We operate the ‘Challenge 25’ policy. If you look young enough to be under 25, you will be asked for ID, when purchasing alcohol. .
   

• No alcohol or food is permitted to be taken into the event. Bottled water in non glass bottles is allowed. As part of our commitment to reducing plastic waste we would encourage you to bring either canned water or your own refillable drink bottle. 
   

• We operate a no refund policy on all tickets, but will look to resolve any issues if we can. 
   

• There will be no readmission to the beach arena after 9pm 
   

• We reserve the right to conduct security searches and will be operating a bag search policy at the entrance to the beach arena. We may also search you using a pat-down method, or a security wand and will be employing drugs sniffer dogs & handlers. We reserve the right to confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of the security agent acting on behalf of the Promoter, may contravene the event terms or cause danger or disruption to other members of the audience. You must comply with instructions and directions given by security staff and stewards, they are there to protect your safety.
   

• Smoke machines, strobe lights, lasers, pyrotechnics and other effects will be in use at this event, although this is likely to be much reduced during the Thursday Comedy evening.  Buying a ticket and attending, implies an understanding and acceptance of this and a personal judgement that you will not be adversely affected by these.
   

• Our terms and conditions are subject to change if necessary. It is your obligation to check current policies.
